Rate per sq m Rs.
For Central Government Departments / Organisations / Institutions (excluding Public Sector undertakings), Governments of other States (except Karnataka) and their Organisations/institutions (except Public Sector undertakings), and such other categories as may be determined by the Authority from time to time.
Rs. 5,000/-
For Institutions, which are either Societies registered under Societies Registration Act or Trusts for charitable, educational or religious purposes and co-operative Societies Registration Act 1960.
Rs. 2,500/-
For all Departments / organizations / institutions of the Government of Karnataka (including KSRTC and KEB etc, but excluding Public Sector undertakings). Institutions established for the Welfare of Physically and mentally handicapped and recognized Educational Institutions teaching only through Kannada Medium.
Rs. 2,100/-

The Authority vide its Resolution under reference has revised the allotment rate for different category of sites as given below:

Since the allotment rate has been revised from the existing Rs. 1590/ per sq mtr to Rs. 2100/- per sq. mtr allotment of all other category of sites like, Stray Sites, Incentive sites, Marginal Land , etc. will also be subjected to the revised rate of allotment. All allotment letters may be issued at the rates mentioned above with immediate effect. All the Deputy Secretaries are requested to ensure that the Layout Code and Accounts Code are clearly mentioned in the Allotment intimation.

CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT CUBBON PARK :

A sewage treatment plant of 1.5 MLD capacity is under construction. Cost of the sewage treatment plant is Rs. 370.00 lakhs. Sewage treatment plant employs membrane bio-reactor technology. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of February 2005. This takes care of the irrigation requirements of the vast gardens and water will also be made available for general public for their non-potable requirements.
